Since I gave the Vanquish Boxing products a positive review lots of you have since contacted me and asked me how they could buy the products. The first thing I want to say is that the pictures on the Vanquish boxing website do not do the gloves justice. I will put the a few pictures up of the gloves and please let me know what you think.

Like I said in the last post regarding these gloves I really like the design and logo of the glove I think it’s so different to everything else out on the market. These are the kind of gloves that everyone at your gym will ask you where they are from as Vanquish are a new manufacturer.

These gloves are very similar to the Hayabusa double wrist strap gloves that I have previously reviewed and the Boxing Professor is going to stick his neck on the line and explain why he thinks the Vanquish ones are better.  First of all I am going to score the gloves out of ten:

 These gloves offer great protection by providing you with a double wrist strap. The gloves are also very easy to put on and off and feel very comfortable to wear (especially after a few hard training sessions). The main advantage over the Hayabusa glove is the fact that gloves are made out of a top quality hide leather material which you can really notice the difference by the way.  

Last Prof Note Vanquish Boxing should be selling this glove at a higher price. If you want a great sparring glove for £39.99 then look no further. By the way the Boxing Professor also things the Hayabusa are great gloves only these are better!!!

Although Amir Khan is a great world champion and still only 23 years old he still has much to prove. There are so many people out there who still haven’t taken to Amir Khan for whatever reason.

Amir’s last fight against the Irishman Mc Closkey didn’t bring Khan the win that he wanted and would of probably got in the later rounds if the fight had continued.

So this fight is Amir’s chance to once again prove himself against a very tricky hard hitting southpaw. The Boxing Professor believes that Amir Khan is going to be too quick for the 33 year old; even though Zab still possesses good speed of his own.

Amir Khan is going to be too quick with too much movement to be troubled by Judah there might be a couple of sticky points in the fight for Khan but he will certainly come out of the fight looking good with another win under his belt.

The first rule is that instant replays will used if injuries end up stopping the fight.

The first tip many people might off already heard off but the second tip will be different to the conventional way off thinking. Try it for to weeks and you will be really suprised with the benefit and you could end up looking like this.

Okay maybe not as good as this in two weeks but you will really notice the difference.

Okay, the first tip is to drink twenty two ounces of water before every meal this is around a pint if you are one of our British friend’s. This might not sound like a groundbreaking tip but try it, it really does work.

The second tip will have many off you scratching your head. For along time now everyone has been told as soon as you finish training get some protein down you as quickly as possible. Well the next tip goes against that theory. The Boxing professor believes you should wait around two hours after training until you eat. I havent cracked up the reason for this is the fact that straight after you train your body doesnt just stop burning fat, it still does this for around two hours after. So to get the most out of your workout wait two hours after training before you eat.

The answer is hill sprints, the amount of time you will save is amazing and after only a couple of weeks you will notice the difference when you are in the ring. You will find it so much more easy to move around the ring and keep on your toes. All you need to do is find a hill, sprint to the top and jog back down. Do this as many times as you can and build up the speed and the amount of times you sprint up the hill. When this becomes too easy then find a longer or steeper hill. Give it ago and in two weeks time let me know how you get on.

Cotto is no doubt a great fighter with a massive talent but the Boxing Professor can only see this fight going one way. Freddie Roach has many concerns over his fighters clash on November 15th. Roach believes that Cotto will provide a much sterner test than Ricky Hatton and believes Cotto is in a much higher league than Hatton with many more threats.

There is potential to make money on this fight but you would have to trust that Pacquiao will do the business. This is a bold statement, but im that confidant about Pacquiao I would advice you to put your house on him. This will set up a super bout between Pacquiao and Mayweather, this will be a much harder prediction.

I wonder how many of you have guessed it?? Yes water is bar far the best drink to have whilst training, many so called sports drinks are full off sugar. When you are training and you have one off these so called sports drinks you burn the sugar from the drink instead of burning fat. So in turn your workouts are a waste off time.

You do get a short time energy rush but long term this makes you feel lethargic. Water is the god when it comes to training drinks as it increases metabalism by 30 per cent.
